  7. How to Contact Ford about defects? Lack of Dealer Response

I’d second Mikes thought . Go to another dealer to get these issues fixed. you can complain to Ford about that lack of customer service from the First dealer ( enough complaints about a dealer and Ford may give them issues) Personally I would not complain about a dealer to a manufacturer.
  8. Thoughts on Snow Tires?

Stock Continentals are good enough. I am in Central Jersey the stock continentals on my big bend handled well in the snow at up to 50mph last winter. I started to slide at 52mph . I don’t plan on going that fast again in the snow maybe 40mph next winter in the snow. I do want to get...
  9. Our Bronco Sport either needs engine replacement or may be total loss...and the water barely reached the front bumper. For Parts, For Scrap, For Sale?

I would not know But I took my Big Bend (17” water fording ) on a paved road with 12” flooding at high speed. Was fun , flawless handling ! Only issue was my air horn fuse got wet and blew out ( $.15 repair ??)
  10. Our Bronco Sport either needs engine replacement or may be total loss...and the water barely reached the front bumper. For Parts, For Scrap, For Sale?

a new engine should cost $4-5k on average. Your vehicle is worth $36-38k. I don’t know why anyone would say it might be totaled . That creek looks under the 23” fording limit of the vehicle. Make em do it under warranty if they refuse you have can sue em for false marketing ( as a Ford...
  11. Our Bronco Sport either needs engine replacement or may be total loss...and the water barely reached the front bumper. For Parts, For Scrap, For Sale?

From what I understand if the engine is on the exhaust system has enough pressure that water won’t go thru it. I have a big bend and I went thru roads flooded 12 + inches no problem ( big bend limit in 17” water crossing)

  15. I had to!

Hi Fink . I run a warehouse in my experience we get more damaged with UPS than with FedEx ( probably this is due to the local hubs ) on the miss delivery side I have very few issues with ether company on inbound packages I use FedEx and won’t switch unless I get better rates elsewhere. We have...
  16. I had to!

FedEx is pretty reliable in my area as a volume shipper the rates I get from FedEx compared to other carriers are enough of a difference that we can tolerate a couple of lost packages . ( we check rates with FedEx and UPS every year) I have received more damaged goods from UPS then from...
