I am starting to rethink that issue. I would hate to miss out on a Badlands again and when I test drove one last week I was disappointed with the moonroof because it did not open as much as I expected it too. I suppose I shouldnt be staring at the moon while driving anyway
Agreed that dealers are not required to accept the Xplan. But they should not be allowed to change their mind 6 months after the order was placed. I have email from the dealer telling me to bring the Xplan form to the closing.
Seems I may never own a Bronco Sport. Yesterday the Palm Coast dealer held my MY21 order hostage for an extra $6895 and I walked on that order.
So today I went to seek an honorable dealer to place an order for a MY22 only to be told they are not taking any more orders with the moonroofs because...
I have the text messages too but they told me the price has changed and they are not accepting Xplans. I wish you luck and hope you have a dealer with integrity I know they are out there.
Thank you and duly noted. I am a newbie at this and never ordered a vehicle before. Always bought something off the lot and settled for what was available. I was thinking this would be a chance to finally get a vehicle with the options and colors I wanted for a change.
Thanks thats good to know I go through Sanford from time to time. When I placed my order in March at Palm Coast there was no mention of Market Adjustments and they never advised me of it until yesterday. Had I known I would have moved on months ago as well.
I placed a $500 deposit when I made the order through the dealer and got a "Preview Order" form. It doesn't look like an actual sales agreement so not likely very binding but I have never ordered a vehicle before so did not know if this is the normal procedure or not. I am thinking of ordering a...
My BS Badlands was deliver to the dealer yesterday and I was expecting to post my notice here tonight that I was leaving the waiting room but unfortunately I placed my order with the wrong dealership in Palm Coast FL.
Instead of honoring the Xplan as agreed when ordered they wanted a $6895...
So after six months I finally got the notice that the Badlands BS I ordered was in and went to the dealer to close the deal today. I took it for a test drive and enjoyed every minute of it. Loved the way it purred when I excelerated and loved the view from the drivers seat. But when the sales...
I am down sizing my vehicle with a BS and expect there will be times I will need more cargo capacity. I am debating the hitch cargo basket or the roof mount cargo basket and wondering which one is more practical. Although I have always had a roof rack for canoes, paddle boards, and skis I have...
Well that’s not how mine was done I signed the order sheet but don’t have a contract with the final price. At the time Ford was offering a $500 credit and the dealer was selling Sports at MSRP but things have changed. The MSRP has gone up, the credit is not being offered, and the dealer is...
I have a reservation on a 4 door Big Bend with hard top but disapointed to learn that only 2 of the roof panels can be stowed in the back. That makes it unlikely I can take the roof off since I live in FL and it can rain any day. Curious to hear how the soft top is when driving on the highways...
Congrats on the good news. Your build is similar to mine. I didn't order the 360 assist but I kinda wish I had now the more I hear about it. I am in FL too and ordered a week before you but still waiting to get it built. My order was placed with priority 19 and wonder if that is a factor.
That reminds me of a sign at Hooters "Free beer tomorrow" but every time I went back the sign never changed it was always tomorrow :-( Cheer up my friend your tomorrow is coming soon.
