Hello everyone!

I just bought a Bronco Sport wildtrak 2021, I’m really happy with the car so far.

however I can’t find the oil life information. I have navigated the center dash using the steering controls while the car is on but engine off and I can’t find the screen. I scrolled up and down on every screen and nothing.

feels like I’m missing screens. My dash has the bigger screen. It doesn’t have the needles gauges for gas and temperature.

i get into settings screen using the steering wheel controls and that screen is empty! Nothing showing if I scroll up or down.

anyone else with this issue?

thanks you and greeting from Patagonia!
Nico.

Without knowing what the SA market builds are supposed to include, the NA owner's manuals aren't going to be of much use. I'd suggest OP get the manual for their market online if it's not still with the vehicle.

I do have the local market manual, but it’s not showing what it says it should show.

From Patagonia, I believe the nearest dealer to you is Pedro Corradi in Chubut, so I'll go out on a limb and guess that's not a great option.

For the smarter minds here, would a reset of the ECM/PCM also reset gauges and displays?

I just checked the oil life on my 2021 Badlands, it is at 95% as I just had it serviced July 19th.
I did it with my vehicle running.

On the steering wheel.
1. Press the menu button
2 . Press the ok button
3. Scroll up or down if needed with the ok button to select settings.
4. Press ok button
5. Oil life will be displayed

Typically I monitor the oil life using FordPass as well as look at the mileage and checking the dipstick.

What Build version of SYNC 3.4 do you have installed?

On the center screen:
Tab SETTINGS
Swipe left or right to General
Tap General
Scroll down to About SYNC
Tap About SYNC

Also, have you ever selected any screens to view from the MENU button on the steering wheel?

The image I posted above is what I get if I follow these steps. The settings (ajustes in Spanish) screen is empty.

I can navigate and see all the other screens. Tires, seatbelts, trip1, etc… oil life screen isn’t there :(
