There is the evap up at the front but my BL has a factory skid for that, the other bits are fuel lines and I forget what else I saw when I pulled mine off to take a look.
There are fuel lines and other things covered by it thats why they dont have one on the passenger side, nothing there. I would replace it if you can see exposed goodies
