I recall seeing fuel lines but mine is a BL so the There is the evap up at the front but my BL has a factory skid for that, the other bits are fuel lines and I forget what else I saw when I pulled mine off to take a look.

There are fuel lines and other things covered by it thats why they dont have one on the passenger side, nothing there. I would replace it if you can see exposed goodies

Wind related? Check moulding at rocker panel or liner inside wheel well. Mud flap?

I think the egr are much bigger but a more tapered transition would be an improvement.

Ive been looking around, I like the smooth egr rugged look flares as well. I will put that on my ask about list for next service to get a price.

Did you get your fender flares, are they layovers or factory.
