Ya , we got a drain line with a sensor that was programed , not sure what Module it was linked to & no idea if it set a code to let you know if a Injector was leaking .

Issue could be over torquing them on the Line or just badly built Injectors . Makes me wonder what manufacturer made them . One would think they would be off the shelf Injectors, no ? There are six in the Dragon motor .

Seems to look that way . Our dealer has been very professional & helpful with the BS . I believe that outsourcing is part of the problem with all of these manufacturers . Not that they were better in the old days , but at least if they had an issue , it was basically , in house .

It might be where they are built , including the base casting itself . Hard to track something down when the components come from all over the place . I have never liked the tension type belt system . Ford is not alone in the Cast cleaning issues , just look at Toyota & GM .

Pretty much shows the Dragon 1.5L has a Chain type Timing Chain & not a belt , but if the Oil Pump Belt needs replacing , it looks like a very big job . Has any one had to replace their Oil Pump belt yet ? I would say if it broke under power , the Engine would be toast . also interesting that...

It always surprises me of how some will always think that a mass produced Vehicle these days doesn't have issues with some of the product . You should look at the Sprinter Forum (Chevy/Ram etc ) ,all the same .

Yes it's a unibody . but what had to be removed to get at it ? The paint job & how dirty it was before the repair & the repaint seems to match up real good . Was anything removed from above the welding area in the interior to protect it . Was any reinforcement done besides weld ? What a job to...
