Mine is BSPORT on the new mexico green chile plate.. i know some worry about posting pics of plate. I dont mind... i figure everyone gets to see my plate everywhere i go anyway... even the people i cut off for goin to slow ?... If so just let us know what it says .. thx

Oh wow. I did mine online and received 25 days later. . Even though it said 8 to 10 weeks. Maybe you will get lucky

Do I have to get my original CA plate first? I am currently on paper plates (week old purchase) and am ready to get something NOW. Also is there database anywhere I can check on used vanity plates? I wanna make sure my first 20 choices arent already used lol.

I went on mvd.com and did online. You can look up vehicle by vin. As long as it pulls up you can.. when i did it if i put in an option that was taken it told me. But might be different everywhere

When you apply for the license plate, you can check letters on the dmv site and it’ll say if it’s taken or not. All my choices were taken so I had to think of new ones. That's a hilarious plate. I have an Area 51 Big Bend, so going to try for SPCNVDR (space invader) which would be a cool plate for an offroad vehicle but I am sure that was taken decades ago.

I originally applied for EST.1966 but DMV rejected as it matches the standard AAA-1111 format of standard NC license plates.
