I'm confused by your post. You say you are happy to pay more for the conveniences (many of which are available on higher trims) but then complain that some options should be standard across the board? So in reality you're not happy to pay for them?

I get what @tRex is saying. Either pay for them or don't, but also don't expect everyone to pay for options they don't want. All that does is force everyone to pay a higher base price of the vehicle.
Completely incorrect. We want options Ford is not offering and many are basic options. I put all convenience, tech options I could on mine. I wanted more. Honestly, when you get to my age, money is of little concern.

Front camera with parking sensors.
overhead 360 camera when parking.
Those are supposed to be basic options? I've never heard of an 'Overhead 360 degree camera' on a vehicle. I'm not aware of many vehicles with a front camera either.

They've been around for a while, even my 2012 Nissan Rogue has the system and it's actually pretty cool.

Interesting, I've never seen one. Apparently Ford has not yet determined this to be a popular option on the BS but maybe in the future. All I really want is a Big Bend w/2.0L but ended up paying for a bunch of BL stuff not needed. Call me a Luddite I suppose.

The full size Bronco has an optional 360 camera, so it's only a matter of time before it trickles down to the Baby Bronco.

Yeah I'm aware of that. I think the Bronco was the first vehicle I'd actually heard of.

Cannot think of anything bad - best vehicle I ever had! Love that the shifter stick is gone.
What is it good for anyways if you don't have a manual transmission. The only thing I can think of is the wait and (so far) no rout through the grill for the block heater cord. I'm actually surprised daily by more goodies and conveniences I didn't discover yet.

Dude you are annoying. You have obviously not read one thing I have posted. You take snipers and then make asinine arguments. Go away.
I did read...that's why you are quoted.

I'm simply trying to figure out what all these basic options are that are sought after. Those were the only things you mentioned in this thread that I could find.

Hi there, Steve8583. I can look into this paint issue regarding your Bronco on my end. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?
I have been to a dealer and they said they doubt ford will do anything but it’s worth a try, funny thing is even a vehicle they had in the parking lot at the same issues in the same spot. The vin is

I do appreciate any help

I will try once again to be nice as you are a regular poster too. Here is my post of the things I miss.

“Front camera with parking sensors.
overhead 360 camera when parking.

I have an Outer Banks with all the convenience I could add but their should have been even more high-end options.”

I care not at all what is base. I havebeen blessed to be able to buy high end for over 40 years. I, like many others who have posted, think that the highest end options should be available.

If you disagree, congrats. If you cannot understand that basic concept, ouch. If you are just trolling, meh. But whichever, I’m stopping here as this good thread is not deserving of this conversation.

I don't like the location of the block heater cable. You have to open the hood to access it and leave the hood unlocked over night if you want it to turn on via timer early in the morning. A simple plug outlet in the front grille (like Toyota has) would be much more convenient.

There were only two things that I didn't like, but have since remedied on my own... The auto start/stop and the lack of a HL garage door opener. Minor things that were easy to change, and now it's "practically perfect in every way" ?

When I first saw this, I was like what could you really hate about this. I guess it really depends on why you bought it and what you had before that makes the little things matter. I thought long and hard if there was anything I really hate about my BS... Nothing comes to mind.
However, driving down the road when you see these lights coming you know it's a Bronco except if they don't have the upgrade. Ford screwed this up. The lights should have been standard at least for the first year or two. Then make it an option. If they don't have an upgraded light I don't even notice them until they pass by.

It's not really a hate thread. I probably should have used a different word. I am curious as to what people think could be improved. I hope our Ford CSRs who watch this forum get some feedback from it. I'm even getting used to shifting with a dial. What's next, speech recognition?

Drive, Bronco!

I've had my Badlands for 10 days & there's only 2 things I think need improvement:
-Make the back seats fold down flat
- the driver seat should be able to tilt so it doesn't dig into the back of my legs
Otherwise, I think it's a joy to drive!
