I was considering selling my ‘22 BS OB 360+ tow and tech, vroom was competitive. CARMAX was thousands under MSRP! I was shocked! Anyone else have a similar experience? Still waiting on Carvana. 120hrs for estimate.

I have a loaded BL on order with Granger. Looking to swap my place holder rig. With 80% of new cars going over MSRP per the news yesterday, what’s your plan to replace? I know Granger is still selling at 6% below invoice but they seem to be the minority.
CarMax's pricing varies hugely between regions. I got $7k over MSRP for my 21 Big Bend in December. Vroom offered me a tad under MSRP at the time.I was considering selling my ‘22 BS OB 360+ tow and tech, vroom was competitive. CARMAX was thousands under MSRP! I was shocked! I had a similar experience in December with a '21. was hoping the trend would have continued.CarMax's pricing varies hugely between regions. I got $7k over MSRP for my 21 Big Bend in December. Vroom offered me a tad under MSRP at the time.
I sold because my gut told me that was the high water mark for 21's for sure, and used 22's would not see the same trajectory. Generally hold their value even with thousands of miles? Sure. But no more of this $6k+ over MSRP for used vehicles, especially the 1.5 trims.I had a similar experience in December with a '21. was hoping the trend would have continued.
which dealer is 4k under msrp? i know mullinax doesn’t charge a dealer fee …Vroom offered about $2500 over sticker for my 22 BB. One of my local Fords refuses to sell above sticker. They still discount. Average BS is about $4k UNDER sticker. But since they’re the only one doing this, they have nothing in stock and you have to order and wait 6 months.
that’s strange.. I have copilot + and have kept everything bone stock. Local ford dealer said he could get me 31 on trade. You would think carvana would be doing better than the local dealerships.Checked with Carvana just for grins on my '21 Big Bend, no packages, 8600 miles, great shape, no modifications (just AT tires). $31,407, pretty much right at MSRP (back in Sept).
Back in Sept when I checked the offer was $37k.
Called Parks Ford in floridawhich dealer is 4k under msrp? i know mullinax doesn’t charge a dealer fee …
Yours a '21 or '22? If '22 I wonder if it's because some features are missing (ie fog lights...). I suppose as the market get's flooded with them, they're easier to get. Sorry, unfortunate for those still waiting on ordered ones.that’s strange.. I have copilot + and have kept everything bone stock. Local ford dealer said he could get me 31 on trade.
