Silver Badlands in Riverside County! Just got it a few days ago and love it. Looking to get into some light 4x4 as I am a beginner.

North County San Diego. I just got back from a fun trip to Thomas Mountain near Anza.
Welcome! I’m in Encinitas! I just got back from Ocotillo Wells on Sunday. Super fun out there!

Great views from the trails. I drove from the south entrance to the north entrance which I think is the best direction to go. Yes, there are yellow post sites. There are a couple of campgrounds at the top including picnic tables and outhouses.

Here are a few pictures.

I just did a quick read, as far as I can tell, when there's no snow, it's primarily a rough dirt road. You could do it without AWD. It's clear right now.

First Edition, Area 51.. Apple Valley, CA. Got lucky where someone backed out of their order. Spent a few months searching for a Badlands and ended up with a First Edition.

I wanted to create a thread for the many SoCal people with their Bronco Sports. We can plan meet-ups, trips, etc. Calling on the counties of: San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, & Imperial.
Cheers from San Fernando Valley! Ordered BS Badlands with Area 51 color. Crossing my finger to get it in time. See you all one day!
