My first gremlin at just over 6K miles.

It actually started a couple weeks ago, but it's getting progressively worse. A "buzzing", or high-frequency rattling, vibratory noise seemingly coming from the lower-right area of the windshield. It's not speed-related, but definitely road surface quality related. Smooth as glass asphalt it's dead quiet. The least imperfection in the road it'll start bzzz-ing at me.

I can't find any foreign objects in the dash-to-windshield crevice. Popped the hood and the cowl area is dusty, but debris-free. Emptied the glovebox with no change. Basically, absolutely no idea what it is (other than sloppy assembly, that is).

Going in to Sanderson first thing tomorrow. I'll keep y'all apprised.

Do you mean at the A pillar when you say lower right area or more in from the A pillar? I had the passenger side A pillar rattle over the summer. It turned out to be some wiring or tubing for the rear washer fluid that ran inside the A pillar. Otherwise I have a creaking rattle that is coming from the top panel where the front speaker covers are that showed up in the cold weather. As the weather gets a little warmer it goes away. The front panel that has the front speaker covers is one piece across the entire width of the windshield. Mine had to be replaced because the center speaker cover warped. The front speaker covers are not replaceable parts by themselves.

I recently had my HVAC fan replaced under warranty from a buzzing noise. It would increase/decrease in frequency as the fan speed was turned up and down...

Interior noises are not easy to track down. Since your Badlands is practically brand new I would lean toward a retaining clip that is missing the foam noise reduction ring that is between the clip and the dash mounting surface. These are easily damaged or unintentionally lost during installation on the assembly line. Having someone ride with you to accurately track down the precise spot it's coming from will help greatly. When the noise is being generated have the occupant apply pressure to different parts of the dash to see if they can stop the noise. If it isn't found then it might be inside the dash itself and then it becomes much harder to locate.

I have had my '23 Bronco Sport about a week and a half. I have noticed some buzzing and rattling in the morning coming from the dash area. Later in the day when things warm up, it goes away. Must have something to do with the fit of the different materials used on the dash reacting differently to temperature change, is kind of annoying though. Not sure exactly what could be done to remedy this. Otherwise the car is cool so far. Fun to drive and power seems adequate.
