So my Bronco sport battery quit on me, without any sort of warning. Auto stop was working fine. Parked my car and got out for 5 minutes and when I came back, it wouldn't crank. Got a message on the screen stating non essential systems where shutting down to save power. Everything went pitch black. So I had to call road assist for a jump start since it was more difficult to have it towed to the dealer, less than a mile away. They replaced the battery and rear shocks under warranty. Somehow they were leaking. Now the issue was I had an annoying 5 times chime that would happen everytime I started my car after the battery replacement. No dashboard lights with the Chime but it would randomly start as I did a long trip today. Anyone had a similar issue? It was driving me nuts, so I tried two things, turning on but not starting the car for a moment, then turning it off and turning it on again, then pressing the "ok" button on the steering. Now the chime is gone. Not sure if it was the Ok or the cycling but somehow it fixed the issue.
