Just to update. Ford are saying it was an issue with the drive shaft and are replacing it under warranty.

jesus christ everyday i see a new issue with these. please report back if sound stops after their repairs.

And that’s not to mention the exhaust leak they found that I’ve been telling multiple mechanics about that no one could find. Months of having to deal with fumes in the cabin.
