Visit Ford Sync3 Update Page and check out your VIN. If/when they get the download fixed you can download and put it onto an empty USB stick to install. There are also pretty good instructions below the download link - which you will only see if you are not up to date.

I have had the same issue with my BL. Every now and again it just stops working. I dont do anything and the next day or a day or two later it starts to work. Annoying. But sporadic so no point in taking it in to get it looked at as by the time you get an appointment it's okay. Sometimes it's the USB C only other times it's both.

I have the same issue with my Badlands that just started at 14,000 miles.

I have the same issue with my Badlands that just started at 14,000 miles.

Mine started at just over 10K miles.
