Interior rubber lining detached :(

Hi everyone!
Had my BS BL interior cleaned yesterday to discover today that the interior rubber lining has come loose...

Has anyone experienced anything like this?
Is this a common issue, can it be fixed?

I think there were some cases earlier where the flooring was deformed. Perhaps check with your dealer or maybe the bot will chime in and check for you.

Did not quite understand about the bot and chime but as it needs servicing I'll show it at the dealership when I take it there...
Found another thread where I can see similar deformation so it seems to be common and not cleaning related?

Ford monitors the forums and will post that your issue doesn’t sound like one they want to hear you have and will ask you to DM your vin and your dealer. We refer that as coming from “the bot” as the verbiage is always the same. At least they are trying.
