I think the clips attached to the screws are used to hold the felt fender liners up.Does anyone know what these screws are about? They’re located in the upper portion of the rear wheel wells. (or is it rear wheels well, rear wheels wells?) Are they meant for an accessory? Should they be covered?

Ohh. Well there you go. Thanks. I was a little thrown off because I don’t recall seeing them on any of my other cars. Conventional bolts and trim clips is what I’m used to seeing under there.
Speaking of felt fender liners… anyone consider spraying those liners down with Scotchguard ?? I might give that a try, this weekend, and see how they hold up.
