2023 Bronco Sport Badlands.Installed a Eibbach 1.5" lift. It appears that the new springs may be rubbing on inner fender!!
Appears the springs may be to big in diameter?? The new spings are installed on original struts.

Eibach doesnt offer a 1.5" BS Badlands lift
Was the correct P/N kit used, the Eibach BS Badlands lift is 1.0" the other BS models are 1.7"
Who performed the install. The original orientation of the strut needs to be noted before disassembly and then reassembled with the new springs in the same orientation, if not issues arise.

Note to self: Resist the strong urge to lift your new Bronco Sport. It looks great the way it is. Just needs some slightly more aggressive tires.

I just got a lift done on my bronco sport big bend. 4wd fault error popped up. The mechanics were not able to figure it out. Any idea why it might have happened?

Check all your sensors underneath for a disconnect.

The mechanic did check it. Said they cannot find any disconnect nor any wire was cut nothing. If I go to Ford they might create issues pointing out to the lift as the issue. I don’t know what to do.

I would have them check again, does not make sense , check around tranny for disconnect.
