Do you know if there is any customization tool for the BS? like carista for instance?

What do you mean by customization? Performance perhaps? There's FORScan, but that is more options and maintenance related.

With carista you can customize, the way your lights works, blinks, what closes and opens and when, alerts working or being disabled, etc. but carista has no support for Ford and I was wondering if there is something similar for Ford vehicles

Check out FORScan. Maybe that is what you are looking for. A good thread on this site (currently at 14 pages) about it too (Post #184 talks about changing how headlights work for example):
