Few more updates on my ordeal. So the issue was not with the install. Looks like the passenger strut and springs are defective. Strut is leaking and springs are badly scuffed on top. Not sure if the springs itself are cracked in some way. Took some pics. Reached out to flat out haven’t got a response. Took it back to Felix performance , left the car 2 days with them didn’t do anything said they didn’t have time. So took my car back this morning trying to now convince my mechanic to pull it out of my car. Car drives really rough.

Ok, maybe this will help your mechanic...
If the shock was leaking, you generally wouldn't have liquid that high up. The shock in inverted, meaning it points downward. If you blew an oil seal the oil would be coming directly from the bottom and have oil all over parts below the shock/ hub area. You're pictures don't show that area, so it's hard to tell. It could be the case as you were not adjusted to proper height, thus bottoming out the shock continuously.
The marks on the spring look to be from an external force...either marks made from the spring compressor to fit your springs for assembly, or maybe your wheel/ tire is making contact? I'm guessing they just got scuffed from the spring compressors. It's simply cosmetic.
If there is a problem from the shock, we do have a warranty and can repair/ replace the shock. You don't throw the whole thing away because of it.
Something somewhere damaged that shock. It 100% didn't come out of the box damaged. If it was damaged prior to installation, that oil would've been present right off the bat. If the shock is damaged, you blew a shock. We don't know if you hit a giant rock on the drive home, etc. Not saying that you did, not making accusations; but when they were fine out of the box, but now it's leaking oil (if it is), that happened after. Shocks don't spontaneously combust.
What we need to do from here is verify the shock is toast. If there's oil leaking, look below the shock...on the parts below the hub. Covered in oil? Look at the bottom of the shock around the knob. Is it oily? If so, snap a picture. Help me help you. This is an easy fix, we send you a new shock insert. It's a very straightforward swap.

Oops, sorry, I don’t always see notifications unless I proactively check. Stroke does increase. You get the lift and increased travel to keep the shock compression/ droop travel ratios in the optimal positions.

All the same. Different models just get you inverted shocks and reservoirs. Aside from that, travel and valving are the same.
Good to know. I'm starting to look at different options and like to have all the details. I think your setup is the only commercial version available i could find that actually increases the Travel. Which is what i want. Otherwise the lift on its own is useless in my mind.

Hello everyone, this is my experience with the Flatout GR40 Kit, since it came out, it is a modification that I have wanted to buy. when i finally did it i was so excited, i had seen all the videos and reviews as well as asked 1000 questions about what, when and how. When I finally installed it and saw the Bronco for the first time, my first impression was that it looked amazing. but the best of all was trying it, I did not expect the change to be so much. You really feel the high quality that Flatout has. It's the best modification you can put on your Bronco so far. The quality of this kit competes with the best brands on the market. here some photos:

Just had the Flatout Suspension GR 40 lift installed (2.5"). Very pleased so far. Though have not had it off road yet (hopefully very soon). Very high quality kit/parts. Nice to have a real suspension lift option instead of just spacer lift options. Here are a few pics. I'll try and add a few in daylight to give a better look.
