Well in 3 days it'll be one year with my little Bronco. Still loving it!...fuel mileage is fantastic. Love the easy maneuvering, the ride etc. We have gone through a really cold, snowy winter and the heat was fantastic and going through snowy streets was easy peasy. I have had no issues other than the oil seperator recall... but it looks fine to me. This might be the best vehicle I've owned over the last 40 years as far as overall comfort, fuel mileage and handling....and it's a lot of fun and still gets comments and gawks on the road.

I say that every time I buy a new car, and I don't think it's just new-car justification syndrome. Cars are getting better--it's as simple as that. The difference in performance, driveability, comfort, etc. even over time frames as short as just five years is startling.

Despite the hate they seem to attract these days, I really believe that most large corporations actually DO care about their customers' wants, needs, safety, etc. There's a reason, after all, that large corporations get large in the first place. Are they perfect? Of course not! And some even fall into the trap of resting on their laurels. But I don't think that applies to Ford. I've had great luck with their products over the past decade or so.

Just passed my April 30 anniversary and second your comments wholeheartedly with the exception of the snow experience. My first new car since 76 Fiat 128……

It's good to hear from people that have had no or minimal issues since we tend to hear from the folks that are having problems.

Ha, a fellow Fiat owner, I had a 79 Fiat Brava, 82 Fiat X1/9 and a 85 Bertone X1/9. My Brava rusted out in no time in Chicago! I do miss the X1/9 but this old body would never be able to get in it anymore.

Today marks the one year anniversary for me. I was gonna start an anniversary thread for all to use but I found this so I figured it would be ok to put it here. So far my 7900 mile BS/BL experience has been excellent and I have zero regrets. I gave up some cargo space and luxuries going from my '10 Mountaineer to the Bronco Sport but the BS is so much more fun to drive. I just gave it its second oil change as an anniversary gift to both of us. I'm looking forward to a snowy Winter so I can go joy riding in a blizzard again. I do have the brake groan in reverse occasionally but it doesn't bother me at all. My commute eats up brakes pretty quickly anyway (8 traffic lights in 4 miles with speed limit of 40mph) so I'll just upgrade the brakes when the inevitable happens which will be sooner for me than most. Maybe that'll be a 2nd anniversary gift to the Badlands if all goes as well as the 1st year.

One year ago today. Goodbye Mountaineer!!

Right at one year since I took delivery of mine. So far no problems. Runs like a champ, drives like a dream, fit and finish inside and out excellent. No chips in paint, no cracked windshield, and no brake noises here. Super fun to drive, a lot of power, excellent steering brake suspension, no rattles, seats comfortable, its impressive. Overall very happy so far.

Thanks and looks like you keep yours super nice too.

I have seen people over on the facebook groups reporting similar good experiences. While we do see some lemons slip through and legitimate reports of issues I get the impression a lot of these sports are good ones like ours. My friend next street over from me bought a new '21 Base and a '22 Badlands look-a-like to mine and he says no issues with either one still has the Base too.

Same here. Took delivery on Thanksgiving weekend last year. No major issues. I have an occasional interior squeak/rattle, but I've either conquered them with felt strips or they go away on their own. Couldn't be happier with mine so far.

The only squeaks/rattles I've had are from my spine and my EZPass transponder that sits loose in the little aftermarket compartment I installed behind my dash screen. I conquered the spine squeaks with a L4 L5 fusion back in September. The transponder still sits loosely in its place and doesn't bother me, however, I should get it mounted to the windshield properly now that it's been floating around for a year.
