Hello all,
First time posting, so I appreciate any feedback and hope everyone is well.
I recently purchased a brand new 2022 bronco sport big bend. It’s been about a month having it, and I seem to have a rattling issue that’s been going on the entire time. I’ve included a video for reference.
I’m confident that it’s occurring in the back passenger side near the grab handle/headliner after sitting there listening to it while someone else drove. I took it into the dealership for the first time. They checked different areas of the vehicle (rear passenger door, license plate, trunk/cargo area) and found no main contributor. I took it in a second time, then they told me they can’t do anything since we cannot replicate the issue. I showed them the videos and took the technicians with me to attempt to hear the issue first hand.
I tried putting pieces of paper in the grab handle area to act as shims, but the issue still occurring.
Has anyone had a similar issue and potentially know what this could be?
Thank you all very much for your insight and help.
