It took a week for mine to get to St. Louis and then two weeks to get 1/2 that distance to Shelbyville. Spent at least 10 days waiting at junctions.

Give it about 24 to 48 hours and then use Ford chat to get your rail car number and then track it that way.All of you folks who have already rec'd your vehicles, when the order track moved to "In Transit," how long did it take to be "delivered?" I rec'd the shipped email back on 8/31 with an estimated delivery between 9/19-9/25. But the order track just changed to in transit today, so does that jive with my estimated delivery? Thanks!

I recommend Ford Chat, they gave me the most helpful information when anything new was available. Of course I contacted them many times when no new info was available and it annoyed me to no end (but was not their fault). The worst part was when they showed it arrived in Madison, Illinois and I could track it all the way through IN, KY, TN, and back to KY but they were stuck on it ”arrived in Madison, Illinois” for weeks. If there is a rail car assigned, FordChat would have it. Sometimes you have to specifically tell them (ask them) to look at the secondary visibility report or Smart Vincent report. If they don’t have rail information, there is legit no rail information.
