I'm not convinced that the dates they are providing are accurate. Mine was supposed to have loaded in AZ 11:28 AM the day before yesterday...The yesterday they said it arrived in OK at 7:28 PM the same day it left AZ. The dealer called 8:30AM today saying it was in. So from Nogales to Broken Arrow, OK in less than 48 hours? Seems really fast to me. I realize that is only 3 hours from Oklahoma City drop off, but...Estimate was 9/16-22. Still not updated in tracker that it is delivered.

Where is the fuse box cover? Is that the one under the glove compartment? I’m missing that, the engine cover and the hood insulation.
From what I have read they never included them in the 2022’s. I think you have to pay for them.

My dealer made it sound like they would work something out.
Just left my dealer, no engine cover. Tried to order and the parts guy said it wasn’t available. Couldn’t even order it. They thought that was odd. They will continue to check for me. No insulation on the hood but I’m ok with that where I live. Everything else was fine.
Picked her up tonight, even got $1700 in rebates applied that had been offered since I ordered. That was a surprise. Plus they honored a interest rate that I got weeks ago on a pre qualify at my bank even though it increased almost a full percent since. Turned down the hard sell warranty and gap. Not a fan of the hard play. Other than that it went well. No pics yet, had to make a pool tournament, lol.

Question: Ford chat now gives me 9/26-10/2 as estimated ship time instead of eta to dealer. Originally when I placed my order 2/15, my dealer said don’t expect to see it until Fall. They seems surprised I was getting built in July. I’m not sure if holdup for my shipping might be their doing by either coding on my order or dealer allocations. Funny they predicted Fall when I placed my order and here we are. Anyone have any familiarity with dealer allocations? I will be exploding on my dealer if they are the cause my built BS has now sat for 21 days and counting.
Well, that just doesn’t seem right. I don’t understand the dealer allocation thing but to me this whole process has been a pain.

Ford earlier this year admitted to doing this, serving bigger markets first before smaller markets. They said the were going to stop doing it, and go to a first in first out model. After going through the process that doesn’t seem to be the case.
