“Awaiting shipment” 19 days. 3 hours 10 minutes.

anyone else here in same status? It’s lonely ?

my dealer reached out to his Ford rep who reached out to another guy… who reached out to another guy… who is supposed to reach out to another guy…. ( get the picture?) then the chain reverses. Feels like that game where you wonder what the original message will sound like when it finally comes to me at the end of the line??‍

Waiting to ship for 17 days. Built 8/27.

Ferrocarril means railroad, so that just means it’s on a Mexican rail line. It’s probably at the Mexico/Arizona border, possibly waiting for inspection (drugs, people, etc.).

Thanks, it just seemed to stall there with no information. I was told first chat that there was no rail car number or carrier assigned yet. Didn’t make sense because it was in the US. Next chat they said they only had the original shipping rail line listed which was from Mexico. Eventually she gave me that car number and I was able to find it in UPs system. It was put on their line today. Hopefully I can track it now if they don’t strike.

As side note, fact is that Ford customer service doesn’t really have the most up to date infos all the time.
This morning I’ve chatted with Ford again and for them the delivery date shifted again between 16 and 22 of September…few hours later got the call from the dealership….

so don’t loose your hopes …seems that systems update are way beyond actual car status/location.

Mine set at AZ a week before it left for OK! Was very frustrating calling daily w no new updates.
UP is hard to understand the automated lady.. if you have a fax # you can use, makes the guess work easier or repeat calling less.
((Mine left Nogales Aug 8th & arrived today in OKC.))

According to the automated numbers for Union Pacific and CSX, my car arrived at the final ramp in it’s rail yard destination on Sunday. Is there any way to track it now on it’s way to the dealership or am I at sort of a wait and see stage?

I'm in the same boat but I'm currently at 23 days and 3 hours. Gettin' really close to that longest wait time of 25 days and 16 hours ?

My understanding from my dealer is that they are doing everything they can to get them out of all rail yards this week before the full shutdown. I would call, because my dealer was going to send a rep to pick mine up if it hadn’t been delivered Monday.

Unfortunately, my dealer has been less than helpful this whole time. Mine eta according to ford email is 09/28-10/04. Dealer text and said ETA Oct 4. Mine is a long ways from MN too. Any time I have asked a question he has short answers that do not answer much. I am hoping they get the railroad deal worked out because that will not be good for the US at all If they strike. Hope you are enjoying your new ride! It looks great!

Thanks for the information. I was wondering how long the ride would be to okc. Seems like they will miss the estimate of next week delivery if it left yesterday. Oh well, no new vehicle for vacation.
