It is funny. I have tried to activate it many many times. Most of the time, it says FAILED. A very few times it has gives the message about pressing yes on the screen to accept. I really wonder if at those times, it is somewhat either on or being moved. I did get our first order activated back in February while still in Mexico but lost it when it got on the rail. Then had to cancel when it got recalled for brakes and Ford said it may take till mid summer. Dealer would not sell it or they would be fined.

I’m still predicting, very optimistically, that mine will have an odometer update by Tuesday (hoping for Monday, or earlier) when it gets offloaded in Shelbyville, KY.

How did you get a Zone Rep's contact info?
My dealer brushed off the whole zone rep suggestion after FordChat told me to ask my dealer to elevate it to that level. I will definitely be telling my dealer to NOT put the name of their dealership on the back of my BS when it gets here.

It was @Dogula and he said his was frozen “In Production” like the rest of us.
Maybe on the tracker? But I am pretty sure I read he got the built Email and then shipped Email a couple of days later. Could be wrong through...

The dealer we ordered from has a reputation of going above and beyond. We hadn’t really thought of getting a regional Ford rep but the Ford customer service suggested that we tell our dealer to push a little on their end. Our salesman talked to their inventory manager and then he started going up the chain. So they’ve been great but Ford hasn’t given them any info to work with, but they are in the same boat we are just waiting to get inventory in so they can make some sales.

Since your guy talks to you will you ask him if its possible to check with the trucking company they're using to see if they've gotten anything? I've asked mine but never get an answer to it. The trucking company has to know something or they wouldn't know where to deliver it....

No delivery today like what my dealer had said. Not surprised but I had a small bit of hope? I have through the end of the week to still be in the predicted eta week but we will see. Still stuck in production on the tracker.

UnitedRoad shows 4 vehicles “pending pickup” for my dealership & none of them are my VIN!! ? this is worse than my kids counting down the days to Christmas! ?

One thought I had. In those “pending pickup” batch, see if any are the same load number as yours (the bold number on the top, left). I didn’t think to check that on the three that got picked up for my dealer on Friday, but worth keeping an eye on!

Are you sure that’s a load number and not just a receipt number? I looked at the deliveries for my dealer. There are several vehicles that were picked up yesterday from same location, all marked in route with same delivery date but different numbers in upper left corner for each vehicle. ??‍♀

I also check deliveries that were made to my dealer and when viewing their receipt, the numbers don’t match. Nothing matches. Haha
