I just saw somewhere that united didn't show pending pickup until about 2 days before they pick it up! Fingers crossed for those that have a pending with them

I do not show up on United, but the rail yard is only 10 miles from dealer so it might be a local carrier.

FordPass stopped updating last night at 11:05, so itās on the move again. Hoping for a long stretch through the Midwest this time (unless of course it is on itās way to the final rail destination in Shelbyville, KY).

I think the others showed up on United way more than 2 days ago. Iāll keep everyone updated on what my FordPass is doing currently not able to update (since 11:05 PM last night). The less it is able to update, the further it is traveling without having to stop. It looks like the next āofficialā stop should be in 7 days in Illinois near St. Louis. It shouldnāt take that long, so Iām assuming there will be stops along the way (or, if weāre lucky, it will travel straight through in fewer than 7 days).

@Jenbeth, when your GPS last updated, was it showing your vehicle in the states? My dealer for my rail car number and she said after looking this morning, my BS is still showing up being located in Mexico ?. I am hoping is just the computer system not being updated but I think Iāve crossed the line to being pessimistic.

No, it only seems to update location when it is driven. Iām not sure what the map anomaly has been for showing Nebraska/Kansas.
The clues Iām going by is that it hasnāt been driven since the rail yard by the plant, but it goes inactive for periods of time which only happens when it is moving (according to Ford).
If it was moving after being in the rail yard without adding miles to it, so has to be moving on a train. That was last Thursday when it was at the rail yard (according to the updated address) and added two miles to the odometer. The addresses for the plant and rail yard are approximately two miles apart. It went inactive sometime overnight into Friday, came back on Sunday, went inactive yesterday morning, active yesterday around 3:00, inactive at 11:05 last night
looking at that map, it looks like it went to Nogales (border check for a couple of days) then moved on for half a day (probably for Arizona deliveries), and has been moving since 11:05 last night (was stopped for about 7 hours).

Maybe there is a chance that the truck shipping is waiting to gather more cars for that dealership. They probably wonāt load one car onto a trailer for delivery. If some people are lucky that they are the last car onto the trailer so the truck delivers quickly.There were two of us on that same route. Yeah, I figured that to be the case. Iām working with a low volume dealer, probably garbage allocation has contributed to my extra long wait. If they do right by me at delivery on price and making sure everything is right it will have been worth it. The high volume dealers near me make no bones about telling you up front theyāre going to screw you on price because they know people here are impatient.
