When I put my VIN in the "delivery receipts" page, it shows up w/ a load number and my dealer.

When I login to the OVISS page - my VIN doesn't show up automatically. But when I go to the left and go to "Track", I can track by my VIN and then it pops up and shows "Inactive"
So, if my VIN doesn’t populate anything on the delivery receipts page, I can’t register.

I'm not 100% sure how it all works. But, maybe not because somehow I'm connected to my dealer - so maybe it is because the VIN populated on the delivery receipts page? I'm definitely fumbling through all of that.

Latest ford did:
When I spoke to Ford on the phone, I was given the ETA of 8/8-8/14. That was the standard. I received an update email from dealer yesterday that my ETA is 8/24 but of course they tell me it can sit awaiting a truck once it’s off of the train. Just wondering if anyone received a built or shipped message from Ford? I haven’t.

Unfortunately, I have not. I tried Ford yesterday and I got a really crappy response from them. It was the worst I've gotten so far. Basically canned answers about how customer service only has certain information and I need to be working with the dealer who can "raise it up the flagpole" essentially. I'm really exhausted by the runaround and finger-pointing.

My FordPass is continually updating which means the vehicle has been sitting still since 11:00ish PM Sunday night. This is the longest it has done that. I’m hoping??that means it is in the rail yard in Shelbyville, KY (10 miles from my dealer) waiting to come off the rail car. I know it has not done that because the odometer hasn’t changed as it has done the past two times it started updating again. If I don’t hear something from my dealer by tomorrow after work I am going to drive to the rail yard and hit the horn/lights button to see if anything happens.

There is nothing there to create an account. I will have to try on a computer. I can’t find it on my iPhone or iPad.
Not all are going through united. I talked to my dealer yesterday and mine will go through jack key or something like that. I looked but couldn't find a tracking option with them

Unfortunately it is on the move again. I’m hoping it is the 10 miles to the dealer, but it’s been a bit too long for that trip.

My dealer is trying to get an update from the regional Ford Rep so he can try to get an updated ETA. Our order went from "in production" to "awaiting update" on his system. So hopefully I'll get a reply today and I'll have an update. I would suggest you have your dealer start pushing on Ford a bit at least to get a better idea of where in the process your Bronco is.

That's really nice your dealer is pushing a bit! I'm getting a lot "be patient - people are waiting longer than you". But, never would I have expected that when I ordered a BS with only one add-on, I'd be sitting here 6 months later and still not shipped.
