I have the purchase order for correct pricing written up. I am able to consistently lock and unlock the doors now as well as do a remote start. It is definitely built and working. The map on my app is all over the place either in Mexico or Oklahoma/Nebraska. When it moved locations in Mexico, I honestly felt it was getting ready to load. I also remember last weekend thinking that if it made it to Nebraska in 12 days (Last two times FordPass updated, 7/11-7/23) then it would make it to Chicago (the junction it looks like most trains go to before Louisville) on 7/29. That is the day it updated again and has updated consistently the past 24 hours. Should I hope it is in Chicago not moving at the moment? We’ll, I can’t help hoping. Do I believe it? I can’t trust anything I think anymore. My ETA is 7/5-7/11, the timing fits, but others have gone straight pass their ETA without a vehicle. I really do feel completely hopeless at this point.
I am still team it is in the US. However. I will say, I made an account in United Roads after I saw it has a load number and it shows it’s getting picked up in Chicago and it is also “inactive” which I’ve read means it hasn’t arrived yet. Not saying it isn’t in the US. But at least mine isn’t quite to Chicago. The end of my estimated delivery window from ford also ends tomorrow. ?

There is hope in the fact that you are actually IN Chicago, right? Is your dealer open on Sunday?

I might have worded that wrong. It ISNT in Chicago not. But united roads shows it loads onto their trucks “in” Chicago. I think the route is just planned. For once it get there.

PS/ this United Roads has a “pending pickup” and my dealer shows 4 vehicles waiting to be picked up for final delivery.

My VIN isn’t on United Roads and I can’t find any other trucking companies to check.

I did see it isn’t in Chicago yet, but I wonder if maybe it is there waiting to be picked up and UR will update once it is.

Fingers crossed!! The UR show all those for the dealer. And there is a BS. I just saw on the dealer website they are showing a BS “in transit” so might be that one. I’ve added that page on my list of pages to check’

Did you make your account on the page where your load number shows up? In order to gain this information?

Ironically (again) my FordPass stopped working again about 45 minutes ago. Maybe it sat in the rail yard all day and is on the move to Shelbyville, KY (it’s final destination before the dealership). That’s only 10 miles from my dealership (12 miles from my house), so I wonder if it won’t ever be on a truck. My final rail destination in Shelbyville is pictured below. I know it is wishful thinking, but it is wishful thinking that makes sense.

Understand. The communication isn’t good at all. They should offer a pain and suffering rebate. After having the trouble with the one ordered in August last year, we ordered two identical BL’s just in case. Ordered 5 days apart different dealers. Picked up first one on 6 June. Second showing in production since 6 July. Will keep it when it arrives.

That's what's so crazy to me! 2+ month difference just because of the dealer - just doesn't make sense!

If you're on this page (https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt) - on the top right corner click "OVISS Login" and create an account. You'll need to do this on a mobile device.
Might be a stupid question, but did your VIN automatically show delivery information? Every time I put mine in nothing shows up, no information and nothing saying my VIN isn’t in their system. It’s just blank.

When I put my VIN in the "delivery receipts" page, it shows up w/ a load number and my dealer.

When I login to the OVISS page - my VIN doesn't show up automatically. But when I go to the left and go to "Track", I can track by my VIN and then it pops up and shows "Inactive"
