July 2022 Waiting Room

Happy (I think) to be joining the July waiting room. Last week I put deposit down for BS that at the time was expected to arrive the 20-26. Text the dealer today and he said its likely not going to be here tomorrow and hopeful for later this week. Based on this thread not sure what to expect.

a ford rep whom I called said that things would update after the ETA window passed.

My first plan of action tomorrow is call my dealer and ask them to check especially if they are supposed to “ know more then Ford Customer Relations”

The site just shows “in production”. Since it was dealer ordered I had to do some research to find order number to look it up. I don’t even see the ETA but my dealer did and it matched the Ford reps.

I also THINK dealers get a weekly report (maybe starting Wednesday/Thursday) that outlines the status of where their orders are. Not sure the detail provided but, something I read when I was trying to figure out why mine wasn't getting scheduled for production.

I think that’s the visibility report, but they can also pull it up on demand if they want to.

I guess that would make sense. I knew the visibility report can be pulled on-demand but, thought maybe there was a high-level report sent weekly (so those that didn't want to look up the report - at least had that). Who knows. Dealers say Ford has the info and Ford says dealers have the info. My emotion rollercoaster has just turned to the "gotta laugh about it" mode.

Yeah that’s how I got mine as well. Mine says in production as well with no date.. but my modules are not even activated yet so i know my ETA of the end of July is not happening, i hope yours is right though!

Do you know how to check if your modules are live (means your vehicle’s systems have been installed/initiated). If you haven’t checked that, go to the menu on this site and select “tracker.” It just needs the same order number and VIN that used to look up your vehicle on the Ford Tracker.
