Ford doesn't control ( well for us in the north or eastern US ) 98% of the transportation ... And I've ridden Amtrak enough to know that the delays are crazy... Amtrak has priority.. but if a train breaks down.. no one has priority.. it's kinda crazy like the airlines and bad weather ... Everything gets messed up...

I saw a great video on how complicated moving rail cars are . I'll find it
There are some tracks north of Seattle that suffer land slides every year.

Mine is the Portland ramp. Scariest part of the trip for mine will be I-5 between Portland and the dealership. That stretch of insanity is why I opted for the 360+ and adaptive cruise control.

If I ever do get a build week....at least I'm in southeast Arizona where theoretically the train should be there extremely quickly. All this tracking railcar stuff sounds like a few weeks of torture.

Almost 700 posts and you don't even have your BS yet. That's gotta be some kind of record. ?

You have so many conversations going in this thread you can’t even keep them straight! Yep…it’s posted somewhere above when you asked for it previously!

Tell them you’ll pick it up when it crosses into Nogales.

I wish I could. Not a far drive at all. Dealer's tinting this one for me, though. My Big Bend gets crazy hot in the AZ sun with no tint. Now that the BL will have leather seats, I'm not risking it.

So you’re not going to tint it yourself? Joking of course. You can always tell when someone thought they’ll tint their car windows on their own. How hard could it be right?
