Would the 2024 tunes, intakes, and exhaust work on the 2025 mpc engines?

prolly not, totally different engine & management system
Tunes? Probably not, but we will find out soon - how far did Ford go with the MPC and why are they keeping this so on the down low?!

Reportedly, the new engine incorporates both direct and port injection. I don't see how a tune meant for one engine could possibly work for the other.
I contacted my tuner company and they said everything will cross over to the 2025 2.0. Can't speak for anyone else.
