Aftermarket Infotainment System?

Has anyone replaced the Ford Sync with an aftermarket infotainment system? And if so, does it disable any features like the rear camera, steeling buttons, dash information, or Fordpass?

If you haven't, do you have any plans to? What units are you looking at?

This has become increasingly difficult for any car from the past 10 years. The best aftermarket head units will provide you with apple carplay/android auto but you most likely lose all the features and costumization.
