I tap but it doesn’t do anything. I have touch the back arrow on bottom left of the screen and go back and see all the functions I.e. radio etc. If I touch phone it takes me to that screen. Is there an update to Apple car play or something like that?
Mine looks like that when SYNC connects to my wireless apple car play device (Slightly different #s as is a different model than yours)
Touch/tap arrow does nothing on mine.

I found that the problem was that auto-C4C0 was not connected.
