I will not use Armour All again. I used it on my wife's Explorer floor mats (I think they are Weathertec) and, while they looked great, they were so slippery I had to wash them with detergent a couple of times.
My current plan is to wash them with detergent and then try spraying them with the spray I use on my tires.
Many years ago when white lettering was the norm on tires we used westleys bleche-white which is now black magic bleche-white. Black magic tire cleaner. It was great for getting grime off the rubber and keeping white letters bright. Just a thought
In my other vehicles with rubber mats I vacuum and occasionally wipe with damp cloth. Some times (once a year or so) I pressure wash off and maybe scrub a little with soft bristle brush. Most of time vacuum and wipe with damp cloth gets them looking good enough for me.
I remove them, spray them with a hose, and dry in the sun. For the rear seat protectors that snap in place, I’ll either do the same or I’ll use a damp cloth and clean them while still attached to the seats.
