So some teenager idiot on the highway bumper car'ed the side of my wife's Bronco today and we are in the process of doing all the insurance BS.
Has anyone had luck with a diminished value claim yet? I've never done one before.
Also, anyone have leads on how long it will take to replace two...
Part of the scrunchie dug under the shifter and gave the car the error code that it was not fully set in gear something so it disabled the all wheel drive.
Anyone get this error serviced yet? I saw one post that mentioned it but no resolution for what it was or what happen to the car
Edit: Found one was due to a vacuum seal, hoping to hear from others about the problem.
We didn't preorder, but my dealer gave us the option to expedite any vehicle that was in the shipping phase to change delivery from weeks to days. We ended up getting one that just go off the train / trailer that morning.
Just take the bolt off and go into home depot and figure out which one fits. You just put them on the bolt before you tighten it. I'm sure rubber or metal will work.
The other option to try would be to get the same bolt, but shorter. Again just bring the bolt into home depot and find a shorter...
I think the seats and headrests suck compared to my Lexus. I just cannot get comfy on a long or short drive.
Non major issues is the amount of dirt and shit that get stuck around the rear 3 windows and the amount of mud we somehow get on the panel behind the front two tires.
Just an FYI, assuming they are the premium ones, they are 250 a set from Ford and 200 a set from Levitown ford. I'm think 680 is the "installed price" so you may want to look at getting that cost back.
That being said, I may be interested once you get them if the wife wants them.
