Just wish it had a few more horsepower like maybe 200 hp instead of 181. sometimes passing takes a little time. otherwise getting over 30 mpg with a 4wd/awd vehicle is nice. and i like most everything else

They should offer the 2.0 as a option

For me the headlights sometimes stay on even if I manually turn them off.
Also not something I I dislike since I bought it knowing it wasn’t a Hybrid but, I would have loved if there was a Hybrid option. Or even better plug-in. ( I prob by priced out of it though)

Supposedly, Hybrid coming next year.

Wait ...wasn't it expected in in 2023?

Auto stop start needs a permanent off option. Wish I didn't get bugged to put my hand on the steering wheel every 15 seconds. Sync still needs its bugs worked out. Wish the mirrors had turn indicators and lastly the lack of AWD locker on the 1.5L trims

There's no AWD lock on the Badlands either. The Badlands and lower trims both have 4WD lock, which divides power from front to back. The Badlands adds a rear diff lock, but the front is still essentially an open diff.

No real complaints so far in my 2 weeks of ownership... but I am wondering why at this price point the Badlands has heated seats but not ventilated seats.

Glad I'm in Washington state and not Florida... otherwise I'd be more annoyed. ? ?

I've had vehicles with both. In my experience seats that are heated and ventilated do not heat up as well as non-ventilated ones. The seats in my wife's '20 Ecosport get much hotter quicker than the ventilated seats in my '17 Lincoln MKC did or '19 Edge Titanium do. Living in Upstate New York heated works much better for me.

You definitely have a point there. My Challenger had both and the seats in the Bronco definitely get warmer. It wasn't a deal breaker for me because as said I'm in Washington state and not Florida. Around here ventilated seats do see some summer usage but it's very limited.

Upstate NY eh? I'm originally from Watertown.

There’s no button dedicated to return home to Sync’s menu while in CarPlay.

Sometimes I want to change radio, or some other setting while using CarPlay. The only options are unplug or hit the Audio Settings button (why on earth is this even a dedicated button?!). Half the time it’s very laggy or doesn’t work at all.

If you have to choose one or the other, heated seats are more effective. It takes a lot longer for the engine to warm up enough to significantly warm cabin temp than it does for the AC compressor to cool cabin temp.

Oh absolutely. Nothing I'm stressing over... much rather have heated seats. Around here they are useful well into June with those 40 degree mornings. :)

I don't like the location of the block heater cable. You have to open the hood to access it and leave the hood unlocked over night if you want it to turn on via timer early in the morning. A simple plug outlet in the front grille (like Toyota has) would be much more convenient.
People in Winnipeg steal those all the time. I totally agree about that stupidly designed block heater cord.

As mentioned above it drips from the rain that sits on top of the door seal at the roof line and drops onto the seat after you open the door. I'm prepared now so I keep a microfiber towel in the car! No flies on this guy!
I do miss the rain gutters on the roof line of my XJ.
