Because of the known issue of no heat at idle. Anyone have it fail again? Between this and the RDU rebuild and service advisor comment I’m not so sure about keeping it past warranty.

Aware of that. But if they just install the same parts with same issue that’s an expensive fix out of warranty.Just as you should be checking your oil level once a month, you should also be checking your coolant level.
