Just got an email ETA update from ford. From my last eta of 11/3-11/9 I’m now pushed to 12/20-12/26. It’s in Atlanta only 3 hrs away. ???‍

I called my dealership after mine was pushed back again and insisted they call whoever
they need to and find out why mine is on hold at United Road. I told them I deserved an answer
since I have been waiting almost 9 months and they agreed. So I will see what they come up
with. I am so sick and tired of the all the waiting?

Let me know what you find out. Mine is 3 hrs away and they just pushed it another 7 weeks. I’m digging in over here.

I need some help with navigating Ford. I'm in Memphis, and my BS has been in Memphis since OCT31st. It was taken off the rail and the UP railcar number I was given has been empty since NOV3rd. My dealer is 11 miles from the warehouse where it sits. How long am I gonna be stuck waiting? I'm starting to get impatient but when I call the dealership all they say is "Well it hasn't came in today."

So I waited till my dealer was out of the office and went up there to speak to someone and they told me until there was a full load of vehicles at the rail yard they wouldn't go and pick it up. Told me it could be 3 days or it could be 3 weeks?‍? I'm beyond annoyed....

Mine arrived in Memphis on Oct 18th and I can't get any answers from Ford as to why mine is
on hold at United Road instead of pending pickup status. Nobody is willing to go the extra mile
not the reps at the Ford customer service number or my dealership to find out what is going on.

There is a Ford warehouse right across from the railyard. From my understanding they go there and sit waiting until there is a full load for them to do pickup and then when they get the full load (dealer said 9) it'll be heading to you. Fingers crossed for you.

Mine has been in Michigan since mid September. Don't see it being delivered to the dealer any time soon..

Soooooo for some unbeknownst to me reason they have sent my BS to Jackson,MS and it has added a month to my delivery... I honestly can't seem to fathom why if it was already here that they sent it to somewhere else just to come back here... Is that normal? It seems absolutely inefficient.

What is so odd to me is that we had the same exact production date of 7-4 and chip hold wait
same build date of 8-24 yet yours is in your driveway and mine is in Jackson MS sitting in a lot
with who know how many others. I don't understand why they just didn't send the rest of them
out because now they are saying the ones on hold won't be delivered until after the 1st quarter
of 2023 when they have the work around done on the fuel injector. So sadly I threw in the towel
on my Bronco Sport because it would have been sitting around in various lots for almost a
year before I would even take delivery. I wanted a brand new one.

Sadly it is because Ford can’t deliver a vehicle with an open safety recall. Your 3 cylinder engine has such a recall, Tink27’s 4 cylinder has no recall. If I was in you shoes I would bail too and either order a 2023 BS or something entirely different.
