The first few times I asked my salesman to get "tracking information" for my Sport, I was told that wasn't possible and that I'd have to wait until it got there. For some reason, when I asked specifically for a "Vehicle Visibility Report", he sent it to me immediately. I was sitting dumbfounded like" This is the tracking info I asked for earlier." I guess he didn't look at it like that because all it has is railcar information and dates for different points of the process. But, the railcar number was all I needed to find the tracking info I was looking for,
But, I can't even complain about my salesman. He's been giving me excellent customer service throughout this entire process and he answers every question I throw at him...which is a lot!
My bs is tracking similarly to yours, it seems to be sitting 3 hours away from me the last 3 days and my delivery date is 2 to 3 weeks from now wondering if its in some sort of quality check hold or something ?
A lot of times sales staff don’t even know that their dealership has 24/7 access to the most current info on incoming orders... and sometimes I think they are kept in the dark. By asking specifically for a vehicle visibility report, a term that Ford uses, they can ask for the right info. And sometimes I think when we use their own terminology, they know that we know they have access to it. Regardless, it seems to work. And that’s what really counts!

The railcar with my Bronco Sport moved from Roselake, IL to Avon, IN yesterday evening. Also, for some reason my VIN is coming up again on the Palsapp website. The origin is my railcar destination city, Wayne, MI. The status is pending. It looks like Jack Cooper Transport (JCT) might take over from there and bring 'er on home to the dealership in Southfield. I threw that last part in for wishful thinking.
I gotta admit...this is way cooler than tracking some shaving cream I bought off Amazon...
Good to hear! My BS FE showed up on Palsapp this am with Wayne, MI as origin, status pending as well. Ford delivery ETA is 4/24. Waiting for an updated status from my dealer, but maybe, just maybe they are on the same train... holding my breath and turning a tad blue.

I do have the VIN, but not positive when I got it. I got my first production date email on 1/21, and I think I called Ford marketing that day to get the VIN, but I'm not sure. It was right around that date though, so using 1/21 is probably close enough.
They have to be neighbors...that's too much of a coincidence. My dealer also hit me up this morning to get a head start on the application process. Sh*t's gettin' real, now!

Ordered my Area 51 Badlands with the off road tires on 3/6.
Received email this morning with production week of 5/24.
While waiting, I found the exact vehicle I ordered in transit to a local-ish dealership. Been tracking the VIN on it, but the tracker won't work anymore. Once it hits the lot it has to go into the loaner program for 1 day, then I can buy it. Dealership wouldn't let me put a deposit on it, but stated that I am first on the list to buy it. Last date on the window sticker was 3/25, so I am hoping it arrives soon...
Either way, I am still stuck in the waiting room.

About the only major differences there in my order is for Cactus Grey, grey roof, and cargo system. Ordered a month earlier than you and still no build date.

My window sticker date changed today to 4/1 so it's either finishing production today or it's shipping tonight. Per Ford Visibility on 3/30 at midnight it was in the body shop. And it's back on Palsapp as pending with an Origin of Wayne, MI. I'm really hoping if it isn't already shipped that it ships before the weekend.
