unknown buzzing in engine bay

I have a new to me 21 badlands. I have a buzzing/ vibrating noise coming from the front left corner in the engine bay. It continues even when the engine is off. I don't know what it is, if it is normal, or if is a drain on the battery. Any info would be appreciated. thanks

Possibly this: Your LED Headlamps have a built in fan, you’ll hear the sound for both Headlamps

It was definitely the headlight fans on my '25.

More [redacted] moving parts prone to failure, which likely cannot be replaced without replacing the entire $2000 headlight.

Also, probably requires some special tools or procedure to align it.
