Hey all,

It’s about time for me to replace my tires on my 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I also have a 1.5” lift on it. I wanted to get some larger tires with a more aggressive tread compared to the ones that come on the sport. What are the largest tires I can fit without issues? Anyone have recommendations or advice on what tires to get? I live in Minnesota so I would like something that has decent performance in the snow.

Thanks!

My last 3 Jeeps I've had the Falken Wildpeaks AT3w & will be putting the new AT4w's on my 24BL. We live in the mountains at a ski resort so we get snow.

The Falkens are great in the snow & rain and are pretty quiet on the freeway. Everyone has their favorites & these are mine. If you have 17" wheels,I think they say a 245 65 17 is as big as you can go without issues.

I have 245/65 BFG KO2s on my Bronco Sport and absolutely love them. Had a massive snow fall of over a foot of snow and I was able to drive around in it with no issues. Even up hilly parts of Kentucky had no issues. Always felt 100% confident in them.

I have the Falkens on my Sport, and love them. When I replace them, I'm going with 235/70R17s. That is a 30 inch tire, and i've seen one person on this forum who put them on with no issue. The more rubber between you and the potholes, the smoother the ride.

I had KO2s on my Jeep Liberty, and they are great tires, but will cost you in gas milieage because they are light truck tires, and are heavy. If you are in deep snow, mud, or do a lot of off-roading, they are worth it.
