AT’s what I did, also in 235’s for the same reasons. I couldn’t be happier.We went with 235/65R17 Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 tires on our Badlands, which is mostly a commuter as well. They are quiet on the highway and have been great in the ice and snow up here in Saskatchewan. They are not as aggressive as KO2s, but I think they are great all around AT tires if you're a commuter.
FWIW no changes in Mpg’s and that tells me these AT’s roll as well as the stock Conti’s.
I don’t like noisy tires, More noise also means more heat.
As for looks, what did the Allied tire guy used to say ?
“Tires ain’t pretty”
