According to the 21 owners manual the timing belt should be replaced on the 1.5L 3-cylinder engine at 150,000 miles.

Does this engine have a timing belt or is a timing chain used to operate the 2 camshafts?

I have only seen this service requirement in the owners manual.

Yes, the 1.5 Dragon engine has a timing belt, the thing thats unique is that its a wet belt setup.
On another note, you may want to edit the photos in your post, one of the photos looks to be a health insurance card.

Is the wet timing belt just driving the oil pump?

Are the camshafts operated by a timing chain?

After doing some research, I have a surprising answer.

The 1.5L EcoBoost Dragon 3-cylinder engine uses a single timing chain.

The item that needs replacement is the oil pump drive belt.

The top photo is the drive belt.

The bottom photo is the chain.

My owners manual does not have a page that looks like that one - it does not mention changing a timing belt anywhere. From my research, the 1.5 Dragon in the Bronco Sport has a timing chain. There are other versions of the 3 cylinder that have belts, but not the one in the Bronco Sport.
My manual (page 414) says the accessory drive belts should be changed at 150,000 miles. There are other threads that discuss this topic.
