Tight steering

Hey guys! My BS is my first 4x4 SUV and I previously owned an Altima. I have noticed that the steering on my BS has been pretty tight and I have to put in some arm muscle to turn it! Not sure if it's a thing with 4x4's or SUV's, but if someone could give me some insight that would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to say. An Altima is a bit more comfort oriented. I believe it has an electric steering compared to an hydraulic so I would think it's easier but it may be tuned differently.

If it's under warranty, maybe take it to the dealership. Maybe get a buddy to try it out to get a second opinion.

Depending on the year of your Sport there was a recall for heavy steering you can check here to see if your vehicle is affected.
