The back passenger seat storage area

I had my BS Badlands almost a week before I even knew this was there. I sure wish it would stay in the up position. Anyone know of a way to make it stay up when you open it?

I do not believe there is one, unless it's something aftermarket I've not seen.

I'm thinking about trying one of these. If it works then I can give the other three to someone that wants to do the same thing.
