I'm driving around with a brick on my dashboard, essentially. It's been acting strange, having trouble connecting, basic functions not working and finally the screen is dead.

The volume/power button and the skip forward button did in fact reboot the screen. Now I just can't get FordPass Connectivity to indicate anything nor can I pair my FordPass app with it. Still trying. I have an appointment for service, in the queue for Thursday. If I can't resolve by then I'll take it in.Try system reset. Press power and >> until something happens. Procedure in owner's manual.
