So as the topic title, I want to install the Stop/Start Eliminator and a Ford Perimiter Plus security system, from what I gather they both use the OBD connector, is it possible to install both?

Fairly certain that you can use FORScan to turn off the stop/start feature. You certainly do not need to buy any hardware to do that. I put the Ford Perimeter Plus on mine and it started some issues. The BS will now just do a short horn blast randomly. It may be fixable by adjusting the sensitivity knob, but I haven't tried that yet.
