We can keep guessing but op doesn't seem to care we are trying to help... Probably another troll
I'd give 'em the benefit of the doubt. They did answer my question after a few days, so maybe they don't check the site as frequently as us old, retired farts do. ?

Sorry for not responding in a timely manner. I do have a job a and life so I can sit on here and monitor the site. The dealership says it is normal so I am taking it to another Ford dealership. I tried some of the suggestions but didn't fix the issue

My 21 makes a squeal on startup every time. Ford says they don't hear anything lol.

You said you only hear the noise during engine start, and that it stops immediately after the engine is started. Have you ever heard it happen during an auto start?

Is this the noise that you are hearing on startup? I own a Bronco Sport Badlands with the 2.0 liter engine. It always makes this sound when I depress the brake pedal and push in the start button. The sound lasts for about 3 seconds at most. I am posting a video of the scratchy noise that I hear. It is at the 3 second mark. Interestingly you don't hear a sound if I start the car with the remote instead.
