Last week the same thing happened to my sport. I was told there was a rock in my brakes. I'm just not sure that I believe that since you had the same exact issue. If it's a fact, then it could be a bad design. Otherwise, I'm inclined to think it's something else all together. What did you find out on your sport?

Hello, Just picked up my BS BB four days ago and I noticed when making a left turn i hear the same sound. All i need to do is put a little pressure on the steering to the left and the noise appears. Very slight.

Wouldn't it be nice if the OPs of these threads about problems would follow up with what eventually was or wasn't done and if the problem still persists or went away?

Hello, Just picked up my BS BB four days ago and I noticed when making a left turn i hear the same sound. All i need to do is put a little pressure on the steering to the left and the noise appears. Very slight.

Ok - so this weekend the noise just got louder with a left turn. Driving it home this Friday people would look over at me as I drove down the road and made a turn. I was not going to wait for the appointment with ford the following Wednesday so I took the front tires off and I noticed the right side passenger front dustcover was extremely close to the rotor. With a little bit of pressure I slightly bent the dustcover back about a quarter inch. Amazingly - no noise. So cover must have shifted a bit on mile 250. Loving the BS again!!!
