Has anyone experienced stitching on the seat coming apart. I have a new 2021 Bronco Sport BB. The seat stitching is coming undone. I called the dealer but getting no response. Anyone know where/who I should contact? Thanks in Advance

Hi there. This seat stitching concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco Sport. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

Don't worry --- they probably won't be of any help. I've posted a serious fluid leak issue on here and they didn't bother to acknowledge that. I guess seat stitching is an easier fix than fluids pouring out of their drive trains....
I will second that, Ford Motor Corp did eventually call me, and the only "help" they offered was to check that I had and appointment at my dealer (three weeks out) and if they offered a loaner or not. The point I'm trying to make is Ford's involvement on this board is for show IMO. I wish they could have an actual technical person reach out to the customer when needed, help trouble shoot, but I guess that is what the dealer is for.

As for the stitching in the thread, no pun intended, It needs to be redone. The dealer should be able to arrange a repair person for you under warranty. Other wise the seat fabric will need to be replaced.

Ouch! That’s not good. Ford will be able to help you and ignore the perpetual whiner that keeps posting. You will get the help you need and we all look forward to hearing how it’s resolved.

edit: it’s look like the whiners original message has been deleted. That’s a good thing.
