Rough Country 40" light bar question

I was wondering if anyone has the Rough Country 40" light bar and has found a way to attach it to a roof rack (and which rack are you using) instead of to the roof rails. Also looking for a way to use a fairing (wind deflector) to minimize the sound and help with better airflow up top.

If not able to attach to a roof rack has anyone found a good deflector to add by itself? What would be a good material to make your own out of?

Really hate that the aftermarket for our BS is pretty nonexistent. Looks like you have to find items for other vehicles and modify to fit ours without looking bad.

This may not be precisely what you are looking for, but JCR Offroad has developed a nice roof rack with an integrated front wind fairing, which has the option for a 40" light bar cutout. Its some effort to install, but that would fulfill both light bar mounting and wind fairing.

Yeah not a fan of how the fairing on it comes down towards the windshield. Something just doesn't look right with it. Too big I think. Maybe if they trimmed it back some
Thought about the Spider rack too but dont want to take the entire inside of the car apart.
